Once a ticket is successfully booked and payment is completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cancellations by the customer

• Missed cruises due to late arrival

• Change of plans or personal emergencies

• Weather conditions or natural events (unless the cruise is officially canceled by us)

Cruise Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we cancel a cruise due to technical reasons, safety concerns, or any unavoidable circumstances, we will offer one of the following options:

• Rescheduling to another available slot

• Issuance of a voucher for future use (valid for a specific period)

• Full refund (only in case of complete cancellation by us)

• We request all guests to arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure.

• Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your booking.
